Samantha has a huge imagination, which helps to bring her characters to life. It comes in especially handy when she speaks about her characters to her editor as if they’re real people. She believes that ability makes her books more believable to her readers. In fiction, it’s important to connect with the characters in that way.
When she’s not busy writing and plotting out her characters’ lives, she’s enjoying real life at her newly-built lake house. She enjoys spending time in her new backyard, down by the lake, fishing, and sticking her feet in the water on a warm day.
